To ensure that all our guests have a wonderful vacation stay we have a few rules:
- No smoking anywhere on the property.
- No pets. Even clean pets affect future guests with allergies.
- No parties. This is a family destination.
- No illegal or commercial activities.
- No cooking fish or curry. These foods create smells that linger and upset future guests.
- Do not move furniture or mattresses.
- No Food/Drink on carpet.
- Doors and windows closed. The air conditioner can’t keep up with the Florida heat and critters can enter the home.
- Lock Up whenever you leave the home.
- Maximum of 5 parked cars per home. That includes 2 cars in the driveway and others in front of the home on one side of the street marked for parking only. Optionally, up to 2 cars the garage. No blocking the sidewalk or parking on the grass. Violators will be towed within 24 hours.
- Daily Trash only in 13 gallon kitchen bags left in the trash bin left by the garage door…not at the curb. Note: A minimum fee of $50 will be charged if trash requires rebagging after departure.
- Quiet Time after 10 pm (Polk County ordinance).
Failure to follow any of the house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and/or a minimum $500 fee.
Helpful Notes:
- Watch your kids carefully to avoid breaking or damaging things that may cost you your deposit.
- Leave the house just like you found it. Clean up any dishes you use or messes you make.
- Check out is 10 am when our cleaners arrive. Additional charges may apply if they must to leave and return later.
- Sensitive Pipes: Flush only small amounts of toilet paper and natural waste. Discard ALL other items in the trash. If a plumber must be called due to the disposal of non-flushable items in the toilet, you will be billed for this service.
- No hair dye or sunless tanning products. You will be charged for damages to sheets, bedding, towels, furniture, or carpets.
- BBQ Grills must remain outside the lenai and pool screen enclosure. A minimum fee of $250 will be charged if there is smoke cleanup damage from flames/charcoal, grease on the pavers, or any residue in the fire table glass (not for cooking).
