The Windsor resort properties are all built by Pulte Homes which is how they got similar names. They are communities dedicated to short term rentals near Disney World.
Windsor Hills was the first to be built in 2005 and was immediately popular due to its amenities and proximity to Disney. They have condos and homes up to 6 bedrooms.
Windsor Palms was built soon after with different home designs.
Windsor Westside is inspired by Spanish architecture and was the first Windsor resort to have a lazy river.
Windsor Island is the newest Pulte resort community started in 2020. It has a great location with amazing clubhouse amenities inspired by Hawaii. The community water park is the largest of the Windsor resorts and features a lazy river.
While Windsor Island is a few miles farther from Disney, the traffic is less congested. It takes only two minutes to go to the grocery store or to grab burgers or pizza nearby.
All Windsor Island homes have a private heated pool:
– 5-bedroom townhomes have a 7.5’x18’ splash pool.
– 5, 6 and 7 bedroom homes have a 12’x24’ foot pool
– 8, 9, and 10 bedroom homes have a 12’x26’ foot pool and a larger pool deck because the lot is 10 feet wider.
Many of the larger homes also have a spa or hot tub.
